Key Responsibilities:

- Own and lead end-to-end architecture, solution design, and implementation of full stack applications across multiple business domains.

- Architect and build large-scale, microservices-based platforms using Golang, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability.

- Define and govern frontend architecture using React.js and Next.js, establishing best practices and design patterns.

- Implement and optimize containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.

- Drive CI/CD automation, DevOps best practices, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives to accelerate deployment cycles.

- Establish and enforce API design standards, integration patterns, and system interaction protocols across teams.

- Lead architecture reviews, design governance sessions, and make key technical decisions that impact platform scalability and reliability.

- Mentor and develop engineering talent across multiple squads, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Skills Needed:

- Advanced proficiency in Golang with deep understanding of concurrency patterns and memory management.

- Expert-level knowledge of React.js and Next.js, including SSR, SSG, and advanced state management.

- Extensive experience designing microservices-based systems and modern API patterns (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) in production.

- Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB) databases.

- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and observability tools.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).

- 8+ years of professional experience in full stack development with a strong focus on architecture and system design.

- 6+ years of hands-on expertise in Golang backend development.

- 6+ years of hands-on expertise in React.js and/or Next.js frontend architecture.

- Must be available to work until 23:30 IST to support global team coordination and delivery schedules.
