We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / PMO Lead to support enterprise-wide data and technology initiatives for a leading financial services organization. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional project execution, coordinating delivery across data, analytics, reporting, and platform teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in project delivery, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and executive reporting. You will work closely with client leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to manage priorities, mitigate risks, track KPIs, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise data and technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, reporting, platform, and business operations.
  • Manage Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, milestones, and delivery timelines.
  • Monitor project health through KPIs, dashboards, status reporting, and executive-level presentations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while driving timely resolution.
  • Ensure alignment between project objectives, business goals, and organizational priorities.
  • Facilitate communication across leadership teams, project stakeholders, and delivery teams.
  • Drive governance, execution excellence, and continuous process improvements within the PMO.
  • Prepare and present project updates, risks, milestones, and performance metrics to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Project Management, PMO Leadership, Scrum Leadership, Business Operations, or related delivery-focused roles.
  • Experience supporting enterprise data environments, including coordination across data engineering, analytics, reporting, or platform teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
  • Proven experience partnering with both business and technical stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.
  • Experience managing project risks, dependencies, change management, and issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and execution management skills.
  • Experience defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs and project performance metrics.
  • Comfortable preparing and delivering presentations to executive leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, delivery-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience working in enterprise financial services or highly regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, reporting ecosystems, and analytics programs.
  • Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.
  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation or digital modernization initiatives.
  • Strong facilitation and executive stakeholder management skills.
