Job Description

We are seeking a contract sales leader with deep experience in manufacturing or industrial technology to help drive early customer adoption of a new computer vision AI platform. This role is ideal for someone who understands plant operations and has existing relationships across quality, manufacturing, and operations teams.

What You'll Do

  • Leverage your network to open doors with manufacturing customers (especially automotive and industrial)
  • Drive sales of paid pilots and initial deployments for edge-based and cloud products
  • Translate real-world operational challenges into compelling AI use cases (inspection, defect detection, process optimization)
  • Shape early go-to-market messaging based on customer feedback
  • Build and manage a small pipeline from initial outreach through close

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years selling software into manufacturing, industrial, or automation environments
  • Proven ability to close complex, solution-based deals
  • Strong relationships with plant managers, manufacturing engineers, or quality leaders
  • Comfortable operating independently in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
  • Experience with AI, machine vision, or industrial software is a strong plus
